Fred Ruge, age 90 passed away October 12, 2020 at his home in Wailuku. He was born May 18, 1930 in Detroit MI. Fred leaves behind his twin brother Robert, two younger brothers Paul (Patricia) & William (Deborah, along with many nieces and nephews. Fred was an adventurous and giving man. Ronald Yasu Takushi, 70, of Kahului, died October 1, 2020 in the care of Hospice Maui. He was born on May 30, 1950 in Wailuku, Maui to Donald & Grace Takushi. He was employed with Maui Electric Company for 28 years and worked his way up to become a Diesel Operations Supervisor where he retired on June 1st, 2007. She was born in Honolulu on December 15, 1927 to Nasario Palagan and Julia Niolopua, and raised as a child in Maunawili, Oahu. She met her loving husband of 65 years on Oahu where they were married and both moved to Maui to raise their family.
