Gerald Shim, 71, of Lahaina, passed away on October 6, 2019 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born on May 9, 1948 in Honolulu to the late Henry Hen Lee and Mary Haili and raised in Lahaina. Gerald, who retired from Construction, loved the Lord first and shared God’s word with others. In his free time, he loved fixing cars and other small equipment and enjoyed helping others, including doing the yard work for King’s Chapel Lahaina. He was always positive and loved to laugh. Mary “Molly” Elizabeth Fisher, 82 of Haiku, peacefully passed away on Friday, September 27th, 2019. She was born in Columbus, Ohio on June 19th, 1937. Although she is no longer here, she will continue to live in the hearts of her son, Ian Fisher; grandson, Makai Fisher and many friends. Mary was a nurse at Maui Memorial Hospital and was occasionally called to work at Hana and Molokai emergency clinics due to her experience as a licensed midwife.
