Leandra M. Celiz, 64, of Lahaina, Maui, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 3, 2019, in the care of Maui Memorial Medical Center, with her loving family at her side. She was born in Bacarra, Ilocos Norte, Philippines to the late Santos Mariano and Catalina Agonoy on February 27, 1955. Leandra was a retired Pantry Cook after working for Kapalua Bay Hotel for 30 years. Alan Randal Steen, 61 of Lahaina, Maui, passed away peacefully at his residence surrounded by his family on August 29th, 2019. Alan was born on July 15, 1958 and grew up in Downey, California. He moved to Maui in 1976 following his love of surfing and worked many years in the hotel and restaurant industries. Hideko Miyajima was born in Hospital Camp, Puunene. She later moved and remained in Kahului. She was the youngest of 7 children. Daughter of Saburu and Kisono Hasegawa. Hideko graduated from Maui High and married in 1943 to Shigeo Miyajima for 60 years. She is survived by her older brother, Carl Hasegawa and two of her three children, Rene (Miyajima) Kuwahara and Melvin Miyajima. Son Lester Miyajima preceded her in death in 2009.
