Tamotsu Tasaka, 89, of Lahaina, passed away at Kahului Hale Makua on July 10, 2019. He was also under the care of Maui Hospice. He was born on October 7, 1929 in Lahaina. Tamotsu retired from Pioneer Mill Co., LTD after 44 years of service. Tamotsu was the only child of Seizo and Toshi Tasaka. He is survived by wife of 58 years, Ken Tasaka (wife), Sharon Tasaka (daughter), Clyde Tasaka (son), Calvin Tasaka (son), Jill Tasaka (daughter in law), Madison Tasaka (grand daughter). George Shigeo Hanada passes away on June 17, 2019 in Honolulu, Hawai’i. Born, on August 21, 1946  to Shigeru and Chieko Hanada in Puunene, Maui. A graduate of St Anthony High School, went to attend school on the mainland and served in the Air Force. Masayo Ono Matsui was born on January 19, 1930 in Pu’unene, Maui. She passed away peacefully on May 23, 2019 at Hale Makua, Kahului. Masayo was a teacher for the Department of Education at Paia School, Makawao School and Kahului School for many years. She is predeceased by her husband, Izumi “Shine” Matsui.
