Patrick (Pat) Ulep was born Patrocinio Ulep, in San Nicolas, Ilocos Norte, Philippines, on October 26, 1936 and passed away on Aprl 13, 2019. He was the oldest of 3 boys, Tomas, Maximo and Andres who passed away as a child. In 1946, he came to the Territory of Hawai’i, with his Father, Marcelo Ulep, Mother, Justina Agunoy Ulep, and two of his brothers, Tomas and Maximo. Celedonio Buce Boregas, 89 of Kahului Maui, had peacefully passed away surrounded by his loved ones on Monday, April 22, 2019 under the care of Islands Hospice. For many years, he was a Crane Operator for HC&S.
