Michael Kaiulani Kaiwi, 63, passed away Tuesday, October 23, 2018 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. He was born to Lillian Kuhaulua and adopted by Albert & Rebecca Kaiwi at the age of 3, raised in Kahakuloa. He graduated from Baldwin High School with the Class of 1973. He was a heavy equipment operator and worked for Wailuku Sugar Company and for Hawaiian Sugar Company, which he retired from.
