Geraldine “Geri” T.A. Ah Sam, 78

Geri Ah Sam died on April 14, 2018 under the compassionate care of Kula Hospital and Hospice Maui. Born on February 5, 1940 in Puunene to Manuel and Ida (Farias) Perreira, Geri graduated from St. Anthony High School in 1958, and later in life, went on to obtain her Bachelor’s Degree from UHMC. She served the adult mental health community most of her life, working for many years at Hale Ike, then retiring as Deputy Director of Ka Lima O Maui. Geri is survived by children Craylan P.
