Jane Tsutae Kurisu, 89, of Wailuku, passed away on January 13, 2018 at Kula Hospital. She was born on December 24, 1928 in Spreckels ville, Maui. Private services were held. She is pre-deceased by spouse Nobuo CObon) Kurisu; survived by sons Nathan and Jay Kurisu; daughter, Carol Mae Kurisu; four granddaughters and five great-grandchildren. Glenn Kamalani McLean (Chuckie Boy) of Waikapu & Hana, Maui passed away on December 1, 2017 of pneumonia. He was born on June 25, 1951 in Honolulu. After retiring as a fish wholesaler, he returned to school and earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in Hawaiian Studies with a deep interest in preserving the mana'o of Maui's kupuna. Roy Shoji Yashiro, 90, of Wailuku, quietly passed away on December 19, 2017 at Maui Memorial Medical Center. Private services were held on January 20, 2018.
