Jocel Ragudo De Rivera, 36, of Lahaina, passed away peacefully on February 21, 2017, at Maui Memorial Medical Center in Wailuku. Services honoring Mr. De Rivera will be held on February 27, 2017 at Maria Lanakila Church.
