Husband of Margaret A. Leach (Deceased), passed away on Friday, February 3rd at 1:30 a.m. He is survived by his five children, eleven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren, and four stepsons. Willis was a Veteran of WW2, with two bronze stars, and a ribbon for the Liberation of the Philippines. He was a gentle, kind and quiet man that will be sorely missed for his quiet wisdom, and gentle humor. Willis was a Design Engineer, built and designed many homes for he and his wife Margaret. Nobuo “Dyke” Tengan, 89, of Wailuku passed away peacefully on February 8, 2017 at Maui Memorial Medical Center, surrounded by his loving family. Services honoring Mr. Tengan were held privately. Nakamura Mortuary assisted with arrangements. Nobuo was born on May 5, 1927 to Teishin & Tara Tengan. He was the ninth of twelve children.
