Ruth Karen Setsuko Jones, 81, of Makawao passed away at her residence on August 26, 2016. She was born in Wailuku on September 28, 1934.Ruth was a retired Registered Nurse at Maui Medical Group. During retirement Ruth loved helping at Maui Specialty Chocolates, and was Zenshin Daiko's #1 fan. She was born on April 13, 1932, in Honolulu, on Oahu.Isabelle retired from the American Cancer Society on Maui as an Administrative Assistant. She is survived by her sister Emily Freitas, and her hanai daughter, Gail Miyahira.Private services were held at the Maui Veteran's Cemetery where she was laid to rest with her husband, Alvin B.
