Lynn DeCoite is a genetically modified organism farmer on Molokai. That’s a statement of fact, not negative campaigning. If you live on Maui’s north shore or Lanai or Molokai, that is a fact you need to know to make a wiser choice in your upcoming election ballot if you don’t like GMO products or want a representative that represents that point of view.
There is another choice, a candidate who has been standing against GMOs. He is also dedicated to the best for the community and has shown it for the last two decades. Nikhilananda is the people’s choice. He had enough votes in these very districts, but lost a council race. He can win this district race. Voters choose.
