Nick Nikhilananda is a great choice for the Hawaii House of Representatives. I feel really comfortable with every vote he will make as a legislator. That is something!

Without exception, candidates that I have interviewed over the last 13 election cycles have viewpoints that I do not agree with. I can close my eyes and be 100 percent comfortable with Nikhilananda’s voting positions. I will be happy to always know that Nikhilananda represents my perspective. That is really rare.

All these last 25 years, he has been an active voice for thoughtful and responsible government. He is such a student of community issues, and has been such an amazingly consistent voice of reason, I couldn’t think of anyone who would be a better choice for District 13 representative, a district with such diverse rural communities and issues. Even though I do not live in his district, I feel as if I am getting an extra vote since I know he will always be supporting positions which I would.

Many times the choice we make when we vote is to pick the lesser of two evils. Not so with Nikhilananda. These are arduous times, where our vote counts even more than usual. We need someone with the strength to stand up even when the going gets tough. Again and again, he has been willing to stand for us. No one has been more dedicated to all of us. He’s a great positive choice – the only real choice! Give him your vote!
