Hail to the governors proving their leadership
Serving as the governor of New York, then the most populous state, when Americans were feeling the pain of the Great Depression, Franklin Delano Roosevelt exhibited the characteristics of a strong and decisive leader while the president, Herbert Hoover, floundered.
Today, governors of several U.S. states that are most severely impacted by the COVID-19 virus are filling the void left by the lack of national leadership and collectively making difficult, but necessary decisions, for the health and safety of Americans that are fact-based, strategic, expedient, inclusive and compassionate.
As citizens with equal rights, we are all in this crisis together, and will survive and be stronger.
Our country was, still is and will always be great! No need Make America Great Again.
