I can no longer remain silent after reading the vile, disgusting and slanderous "opinions" describing the president of the United States. That kind of vulgar diatribe should not be repeated even in the Democratic Maui News.
If my memory serves me correctly, the president was elected by the people of America. Perhaps not to the liking of the Democratic Party, but nonetheless was elected by the people. Do I agree with everything that has been said and done? No I do not, but the blame must be cast on the entire congressional body who cannot seem to work for the people they were elected to serve.
I recognize the right to "free speech," but if your hatred of the president is so severe, then move to a middle Eastern country and try to exercise your rights there. You will note I said, "try."
The opinion of several of the writers is a wonderful tool for teaching the youth of today and burgeoning young adults to conduct themselves in their coming days. You should be ashamed to harbor such hatred let alone spread it like cream cheese.
