The last few months have been horrible for our friends in the food service industry, here and around the country.
Recently, eateries are allowed to have sit-down service. However, with mandatory health guidelines, eating in your favorite spot with the alterations may not be the same.
The COVID-19 monster killed a lot of restaurants, and speaking to my friends who own a business, they are thinking of hanging it up.
To some, it's not a big deal. Those who think that way more than likely don't understand that foodies in business have passion for what they do. Passion for serving patrons their creations, and they put people to work, and add to our economy.
Simply put, they have love for food and people. They are the best. My heart goes out to all the foodies in business. I hope you will continue, and if not, maybe you'll have plans to give it a go later.
