Wearing mask act at heart of freedom

I wear a mask to protect you. I appreciate it when you wear a mask to protect me.

There is something I don’t understand. It is illegal to walk the mall naked. It’s not generally taken as an offense to personal freedom.

How then can it be an offense to personal freedom to be required to wear a protective mask in public spaces during a public health crisis like COVID-19?

After all, responsibility is at the heart of freedom.
