No infection details about hot yoga woman
I just wanted to know if anybody else found out about the gal with COVID-19 from the yoga class anywhere in The Maui News.
I couldn’t find anything at all. I found a story on YouTube with a clip of KHON News talking to the woman. The only way I even found that was from rumors on the internet that someone I knew had found. The interview said nothing about the studio in question or any details about whom she thinks she got it from.
It was a hot yoga class at a morning class is all that was said. First of all, from what I’ve learned recently, COVID-19 is killed within a minute in temperatures like a hot yoga class. So, unless she caught it before or after class while mingling, this doesn’t sound right.
How about some details, like what precautions the studio had?
Which brings me to the topic of temperature guns, has anyone else noticed how iffy and unreliable they seem to be? I was taking my mother to check her blood the other day, and they told her three times that she had a temperature. Then, when they checked the other ear, she was fine.
Also, my gym has a gun that I was able to see the reading and three days in a row it said 97.3? I really think they need some kind of standard calibrating or something. Basically, they seem to be just trying to keep us in fear and are making it as hard as possible to keep track of what’s real.
