Sign posted across country absent on Hawaii roads
All across the USA, there is a sign on the side of the highway. It helps prevent road rage, helps keep traffic safe and helps ignorant or foreign/tourist drivers.
That sign is absent in Hawaii. It says simply, “Keep Right Unless Passing.” Could someone from our highways department explain why this sign is not on our roads here, please?
Or why common courtesy is not taught in drivers education here?
