In recent news regarding the COVID-19 clusters at King's Cathedral, church administration and members of the church have major concerns about the stigma that has been placed on the church and everyone associated with it. I agree with their concerns.
Harbor Lights is still faced with a stigma from the cluster reported in December. We are still feeling the effects of this stigma.
My wife and I have been faithful subscribers and readers of The Maui News, a longtime Maui institution, over 40 years. Since there is still a stigma here, The Maui News has not resumed their home delivery service to us. Their alternative for delivery is via U.S. mail. By the time we get the paper, it will be two days old. Who wants to read old news? This is like expecting fresh bread and being delivered stale bread.
