Insurance office closure poor customer service

Last week, I went to the Farmers Insurance office in Walmart, but it was closed. I called them up and they said because of COVID-19, there is no office open on Maui.

If McDonald's, 7-11, banks, credit unions and thousands of other businesses can stay open, why can't they?

In my opinion, it is corporate greed. They are taking advantage of the pandemic and being opportunistic so they can close the office.

I called other insurance company offices here and they are open.

Poor customer service. I really don't think they care.
