Infrastructure bill should be used for interstate projects

In Froma Harrop’s article of Nov. 19, she states that the new infrastructure bill just passed by Congress will do great things for New York roads, subways and other infrastructure.

If for interstate use, that is one thing, but these projects are not. Why should the whole country pay for a strictly local benefit?

This type of project should be paid for by local folks, not the whole country.
