Go to Supreme Court to halt fuel operations at Red Hill

Maui taxpayer monies were thrown away to fight the Environmental Protection Agency through the U.S. Supreme Court system over injection wells.

The State of Hawaii and County of Honolulu shouldn't hesitate to go to the Supreme Court, if necessary, to halt the fuel operations at Red Hill on Oahu.
