Costco only company that will pick up phone?

If you call Home Depot, Lowe's, Walmart or Target, it is hard to talk to anyone who will pick up the phone.

They just don't care about customer service.

But if you look at their commercials, they advertise excellent customer service.

Costco is the only company that will pick up the phone consistently and answer customers' questions. The rest of the companies don't care about customer service despite their advertising.

These companies make millions but cannot hire people to answer the phone and answer consumer concerns.

But despite their false advertising, what are the consumers to do? Nothing, is your answer. They are big and powerful companies. They really don't care.
