When a candidate for the county council, I have voted for you.
Now, as a candidate for the state House, my friends in Haiku and everyone in that area have an opportunity to vote for you.
You have been standing up for all of us, whether you talk about some government, your service on committees or going to some meeting and testifying.
I know you have been advocating for the water in your area of East Maui and now one of the charter amendments will establish a local group to oversee our precious resource.
I recently went through Paia and noticed one of your campaign signs on the fence as you enter town. Next time I passed by it was gone replaced by one of the local PACs advocating who to support. It bothered me that they would just rip down your sign.
I urge all my friends in Paia and Haiku and people I do know to vote for you.
Sadly, I cannot vote for you. I live in Kihei. I hope many others do. It would be great to have you representing us in the state House.
