A huge mahalo to the bagpiper who braved high winds and hot sun to play so many beautiful and poignant melodies as people visited the graves at Makawao Veterans Cemetery on Veterans Day.
It was sad to not see the many flags which are usually put out on the graves on Veterans Day, but I am assuming the high winds were the reason they were not there.
Again, thank you so much for the touching and kind gesture you made.
