I recently sent an email to the Maui Interscholastic League board voicing some concerns and issues with using "Go Fan" to purchase tickets for local high school sporting events.
My concerns and suggestions seemed to have been dismissed. The response I got from one of the MIL leaders seemed to suggest "deal with it."
The person I talked to apparently disregarded my suggestions, and clearly disliked my responses.
Sorry, but that is unprofessional, even if we live on a small island. I had concerns with the app that I felt needed to be shared, like connectivity issues, ease of access for kupuna and the service fee that is now charged.
Excuse me for advocating for those who would instead return to using cash at the door and not use "Go Fan."
