Does the decomposing moon suggest to human beings the possibility that life on a planet may be withdrawn from it, due to circumstances beyond human control, or due to the failed policies -- or bad behavior -- of the previous inhabitants?
Apparently not.
The barbarians are not at the gate. Among us, they are the sly, selfish, corruptible gatekeepers, who are truly ignorant of science, medicine, psychology, probability, warning and threat.
In truth, we are all nerve endings on the crust of the planet, but the nerves of our leaders are numbed by luxury and entombed within the maya of their madness.
While celebrating their "mastery" of existence here, the irony is that those who act against the evolutionary trend of more inclusive consciousness, as always, are destined to become targeted clearinghouses for the blowback of shared and deserved karma.
Recorda la luna: remember the moon.
