Rashida Tlaib would have us believe that Hamas doesn't speak for the Palestinian people and that Hamas' battle cry for murder is, an "aspirational call for freedom, human rights and peaceful co-existence."
Israel has time and again demonstrated her willingness and eagerness to live in peace. Given the chance, Israel has happily made peace with Egypt in 1979, with Jordan in 1994 and was now on the brink of peace with Saudi Arabia until the savage barbarians of Hamas crossed the border and slaughtered 1,400 innocent lives in cold blood.
What have the Palestinians ever done to work toward peace? Constructed hundreds of miles of attack tunnels with the billions of dollars in foreign aid they've received. That's about it.
Tlaib is ostensibly one of the most powerful Palestinians in the world, a member of Congress in the most powerful and free country in the world. And yet even from her, we hear nothing proactively positive for her people, just more hate-filled vitriol for Israel.
Until the Palestinian people, wherever in the world they may be, bring forth this elusive leader she refers to as calling for "freedom, human rights and peaceful co-existence," it's hard to believe Hamas isn't their leader. And it's hard to believe Tlaib's outcry in the halls of Congress isn't more of the same Palestinian double-talk.
