The article (The Maui News, Dec. 7) regarding the bill that may be passed on soon stated a problem for the fire victim mentioned is that she has two dogs.
Most landlords will not rent to pet owners because they don't care about the property of owners. Dogs pee on the grass and the grass dies. More damage occurs inside by pets.
