Spirit of giving on Maui is strong

This past August, a terrible fire ravaged Lahaina and homes in Upcountry Maui.

In response, the non-profit Ha'iku Community Association created a Fire Relief Fund.

People from all over Maui and the mainland have made about $10,000 in contributions for the benefit of fire victims.

The spirit of giving on Maui is strong.

From the North Shore this Holiday Season, we wish our fellow citizens Mele Kalikimakawao, and Hauoli Makahiki Ho, Ho, Ho, Ha'iku.
