Make ability, talent, safety priority or deaths likely

The recent near disaster onboard the Alaska Airlines plane suggests, once again, that whether it is in engineering, medicine or aviation, when DEI (Diversity-Equity-Inclusion) becomes a priority over ability, talent and safety, people are much more likely to die.
