Letter: Corporations make it difficult to contact them
When you try and call the banks and especially insurance companies, they are closed on the weekends.
Most people work, and can only call customer service on their lunch break.
But the problem is you have to wait at least a half hour before you can talk to a representative; by that time, your lunch break is over.
When you are finished work, they are closed.
These corporations are making it difficult to get in contact with them. Many of the apps are busted and don’t work.
Citi Bank is one of the few banks that have 24-hour customer service.
Corporate greed is the problem. They really don’t care about the customers. What are you supposed to do with $5,000 in your bank account when they have billions of dollars? Nothing.
