The 14th amendment was never intended to be abused and misused the way it has for so long.

It was intended mainly to assure that those who were brought to the U.S. as slaves and their children were guaranteed citizenship in the U.S. Misinterpretation for political means has caused it to take on a completely different meaning.

The language is clear that someone is given citizenship basically if born to parents who are in the U.S. without obligation to another country.

Crossing the border or getting off a plane while a citizen of another country and dropping a kid does not make that kid a citizen. Anyone who believes that is as ignorant as it gets.

Of course, democrat judges will give their opinion, but ask any expert who is not biased and they will tell you the exact same thing.

Can the democrats stop their crying about losing already? It’s getting embarrassing already.
