Letter: Negative ads distorting Bill 9 housing protection
I am sure you are aware of the distorted negative advertising regarding Bill 9.
I hope this will not deter Maui County Council members from taking this bold step to end the lack of affordable housing for our residents.
Our guests can stay in hotels. That is what they are for.
This pernicious use of our island paradise by greedy landlords has to end and this bill will do that.
