Lara Claydon of Lahaina won the Junior Pro SUP Fiesta girls title Sunday at Bolsa Chica State Beach in Huntington Beach, Calif.

Claydon placed first in the wave division of the invitational event, and finished second in the racing division.

Claydon was a semifinalist in February’s Turtle Bay Women’s Pro on Oahu, and last month was the lone female stock racer in the Maui Padding Hui’s North Shore Challenge.

Mo Freitas of Oahu finished first in the boys wave and race competitions Sunday.
