The Sentry Tournament of Champions announced today that Bryson DeChambeau, Collin Morikawa and Jon Rahm — all of whom are ranked in the top seven in the world — have committed to play in the 2021 limited-field event when the tournament returns to the Kapalua Plantation Course Jan. 7-10.

Rahm is currently No. 2 in the Official World Golf Ranking, DeChambeau is No. 5 and Morikawa is No. 7. All won twice in 2020 to qualify for the Sentry TOC.

During the 2020 calendar year, DeChambeau, 27, won the Rocket Mortgage Classic in June and the U.S. Open in September. In two previous trips to Maui, the seven-time Tour winner finished 26th in 2018 and seventh in 2019.

Morikawa, a California native, saw his first win this year come in a playoff victory over Justin Thomas to capture the Workday Charity Open. In August, the 23-year-old claimed his first major championship title in his PGA Championship debut, marking his third career Tour win in his 29th start.

In his lone start here, Morikawa finished tied for seventh in 2020.

Rahm, a Spaniard, won at the Memorial Tournament presented by Nationwide in July, which qualified him for his fourth appearance at The Plantation Course. The 26-year-old went on to collect his fifth career Tour title in a playoff victory over Dustin Johnson at the BMW Championship.

In three previous appearances at Kapalua, Rahm owns three top-10s, including a runner-up finish in 2018.

Rahm, DeChambeau and Morikawa join Tony Finau, Abraham Ancer, Scottie Scheffler, Lanto Griffin, Stewart Cink, Brian Gay, Martin Laird, Adam Scott, Justin Thomas and Michael Thompson as players who have already committed to the Tournament of Champions.
