Wahine beat CSUN in 4

The University of Hawaii women’s volleyball team rebounded from its first loss in Big West Conference play with a four-set win over Cal State-Northridge on Sarturday.

UH (12-6 overall, 9-1 BWC) won the match 25-15, 22-25, 25-15, 25-21.

Martyna Leoniak led the Wahine with 15 kills and Skyler Williams added 10. Leoniak hit .469 for the match to lead UH to a .304 percentage as a team.

CSUN (4-16, 3-7) hit .167 for the match.

Hawaii is tied atop the Big West with UC-Santa Barbara, which swept Hawaii 25-16, 25-16, 25-23 on Friday.
