The University of Hawaii women's basketball team's Big West opener against UC Davis has been canceled due to COVID-19 issues within the Aggies program, UH announced Tuesday.
The Rainbow Wahine were scheduled to play the Aggies in Davis, Calif., on Saturday. The game has been declared a no-contest.
UH (3-6) had already seen its game at UC Riverside scheduled for Thursday called off due to the Highlanders' COVID issues that have affected both their men's and women's programs.
Hawaii's next games are at home against Long Beach State on Jan. 6 and Cal State Fullerton on Jan. 8.
