• Sports Lessons: Being able to play the sports I love while having fun. I’m also able to stay in shape & being able to compete. Hanging out with new people & making new friends. Being able to find a sense of belonging and accomplishment. It makes life interesting.

How to have patience, manage my time between sports & school. How to have good sportsmanship & learning lessons. Being able to learn teamwork, discipline, resiliency, respect, compassion & character. It also taught life lessons. It taught me how to set goals for myself & not give up. It taught me preparation & perseverance. It prepares me for the ups & downs in life. It overall helped develop me as a person.
