• Sports Lessons: There are lots of things to enjoy about being an athlete but I'd say working to become the best version of myself and also helping others better themselves as well. Having teammates and coaches are like family. The best is coming from a small island like Lana'i. You get to know your team a lot more.
Being an athlete has taught me to mature and to respect. I have been in sports most of my life so learning to become a leader and sportsmanship is important. Being an athlete taught me to work hard; taught me discipline and balance.
