• Future Plans: I will be attending the University of Portland. I would like to study Nursing.

• Sports Lessons: I enjoy being able to share new experiences with my team whether that is traveling or facing and overcoming challenges together. I also enjoy being a role model to the younger kids in the soccer community who want to play during high school and club. Being an athlete has taught me various traits that I will forever carry on throughout my life. Characteristics such as, collaboration, communication, confidence and discipline.

Playing sports is an addition to my routine. However, I have learned how to balance soccer while also being an active member in the community. I think there is so much opportunities for character development in team sports that teach important lessons like overcoming adversity remaining resilient, and persevering through challenges.
