The Maui High School softball team picked up its first win of the season with a 15-7 win over Kamehameha Maui on Monday at Patsy Mink Field in Kahului.
Shaely Manalili hit a three-run homer in the Sabers' six-run second inning and later added a two-run single to lead the Sabers, who improved to 1-3 in Maui Interscholastic League play. Gianna Bulusan batted 3 for 4 with two doubles and two RBIs, and Naiya Gusman also drove in two runs.
Staysia Haleakala and Alyssa Mateo each had two RBIs for the Warriors (1-3).
In the second game, Baldwin remained undefeated with a 13-3, six-inning win over Lahainaluna.
Kalia DeMello hit a two-run homer and had three RBIs for the Bears (4-0). Lahela Painter was 3 for 3 with three runs scored, and Briana Maio-Silva drove in two runs for Baldwin.
The Lunas (1-3) got a three-run homer from Liahona Kaniho in the sixth.
