Waikoloa, Adolpho lead Farmers past Spartans in 5

Elau Hoopai Waikoloa had 17 kills, six aces and seven digs to help the Molokai High School boys volleyball team defeat Seabury Hall in five sets Saturday at “The Barn” in Hoolehua.
Jericho “Ku” Adolpho added 14 kills, three aces, three blocks and three digs in the 26-24, 18-25, 25-14, 23-25, 15-8 victory for the Farmers (6-0), who have clinched the Maui Interscholastic League Division II regular-season title and No. 1 seed for MIL tournament later this month.
Wesley Dela Cruz dished out 35 assists and had three kills and six digs, Logan Horner had 12 digs and Kinohi Kaupu chipped in six kills for Molokai. Jarryn McCutcheon had three kills and two blocks, and William Bentley Smith collected four kills.
The Spartans fell to 2-4.
