Sports Lessons: I enjoy being physically active as well as meeting new people, who become new friends. I also enjoy being out of the house and competing. Sports has taught me that attitude determines everything that you do and that a positive, driven mindset is crucial in competition. I also learned the importance of working together as a team, whether competing in team or individual sports, you must support your team.
