Sports Lessons: I enjoy the competition and the way sports push me to always do better. Playing volleyball, paddling and track let me challenge myself while also building strong bonds with my teammates. The best part is that it keeps me active, focused, and motivated to chase my goals on and off the court.
Being an athlete has taught me discipline, resilience and time management. I've learned that success takes consistency, teamwork, and putting in the work when no one is around watching. It also showed me how to handle wins with humility and losses with determination to come back stronger.
