Future Plans: My dream is to go into sports medicine as a team physician for a pro-sports team. I plan on majoring in Kinesiology/Exercise Science on a Pre-Med Track (hopefully) at USC or UCLA.

Sports Lessons: Besides the competitive fire and immense fun that comes with being an athlete, What I love most about being an athlete are the lifelong relationships and unbreakable bonds that you build with others. I am lucky to call many of my teammates my best friends. Sports allow people to connect with others in a way that no other environment can provide. Being an athlete has strengthened my skills as a leader as I have learned the importance of leading with respect, humility, and empathy to gain the trust of your peers, motivate and believe in your team, and build strong relationships. I have also learned the value of teamwork, as it is crucial to collaborate with teammates and coaches to achieve a common goal. Being an athlete has also taught me the importance of commitment and perseverance.
