• Sports Lessons: What I enjoy the most about being an athlete, is the lessons, values, and memories that being a part of a team comes with. If it wasn't for my volleyball coach and teammates, I would not know the broader importance of family. Being part of the girls volleyball team taught me not only the game of volleyball, but the game of life. Overall, the life-long relationships that I've built throughout the four years of playing sports has definitely been the biggest blessing.

Alexander & Baldwin makes a $200 donation in honor of each student athlete to their high school's athletic fund. Each school year, 84 students are recognized.
