Sports Lessons: I enjoy being an athlete because it lets me grow and improve everyday. I love pushing myself, seeing progress, and knowing all the hard work actually pays off. What makes it even better is the relationships I build with my teammates. Practices, games, and even the tough days bring us closer, and those friendships make the whole experience way more fun and meaningful. Being on a team gives me a place where I feel supported, challenged, and connected.

Being an athlete has taught me how to stay disciplined even when I do not feel motivated. Early practices, tough losses, and moments when I had to push through frustration showed me how to keep going and stay focused on my goals.
