Acclaimed California restaurant Malibu Farm, a favorite of So-Cal residents, surfers and A-list celebrities alike debuted at Four Seasons Resort Lana’i. The restaurant now offers brunch, lunch and cocktails until the sun sets daily.

After moving to Malibu from Sweden with her family, owner Helene Henderson started a farm in her Point Dume backyard just for fun, eventually taking her popular farm dinners and cooking classes to Malibu Pier as a pop-up restaurant.

“Fresh, organic, local” is the motto at Malibu Farms, where simple ingredients sourced from local farmers and purveyors shine. Popular menu favorites include quinoa oatmeal with coconut milk, fried egg sandwiches, kale Caesars, soy-marinated steaks, burgers with bacon marmalade and an array of freshly squeezed juices. Coffee is by Caffe Luxxe.
